Due to an overextended work schedule, singer-songwriter Neko Case sincerely regrets that she will be postponing her scheduled August concert dates, including the NCMA concert scheduled for Thursday, August 19. She apologizes to her fans and wants them to know that she greatly appreciates their support. Neko was looking forward to performing at the North Carolina Museum of Art and plans to reschedule for the 2011 Arts in the Museum Park season.
Refunds
The North Carolina Museum of Art will refund all tickets purchased for the Neko Case concert at full price, including the processing fee. Refunds will be issued according to the original method of payment. Patrons who purchased tickets using a credit card should call the Box Office at (919) 715-5923 for the card to be credited. Patrons who paid by cash or check must return the physical tickets by mail or in person during regular business hours to the Box Office and will be refunded by an NCMA check mailed to the ticket buyer. Cash refunds are not available. If tickets are currently being held at Will Call, ticket buyers should call the Box Office for a refund to be issued.
