Join fellow artists for an evening of drawing from still life. Visit a work in Still-Life Masterpieces, and then draw from a themed still-life setup. This month’s theme is light and reflection. Participants are encouraged to bring their own object(s) to contribute to the creation of the still life. Vases, garden orbs, wine bottles, mirrors, and goblets have all been used to inspire still-life masterpieces. Bring your own reflective object from home and challenge yourself to capture its translucent qualities. All levels of experience welcome; recommended for age 16 and older. Please note: Participants may not bring food or liquids as part of the display and should bring their own sketchbooks and dry materials only.
