The North Carolina Museum of Art

Summer Concerts

The NCMA’s Museum Park Theater is the largest concert venue of any art museum in the country and serves as the gateway to more than 100 acres of sculpture-filled meadow, woodland, and trails. The amphitheater plays host to a summerlong festival that features America’s finest singer-songwriters and outstanding musical ensembles from around the world, along with the best in classic and contemporary cinema. Occasionally we combine a live performance with an outdoor movie screening.

The Museum Park Theater provides limited reserved seating as well as ample lawn seating amid beautiful shade trees. Museum members receive discounts on tickets, and parking is free for everyone. You may either enjoy the inspired food and beverage offerings provided by the Museum or pack your own picnic.
