Fee: $75/day (scholarships are available on a limited basis [link])
Whether you teach art, science, reading, math, or any other subject, the Museum can custom-design an artist-in-residency workshop for you. Led by professional North Carolina artists, these workshops will help further your curriculum objectives while exposing your students to the creative process. The Museum will help conceptualize the workshop, contract the artist, and provide supplies. Past workshops have presented themes as diverse as good citizenship, American history, environmental art, and how families express their cultures through celebrations, rituals, and traditions.
To schedule a workshop, please call (919) 664-6820.
