The Museum is open with updated hours, Wednesday through Sunday, 10 am to 5 pm and required free timed tickets for the Museum collection galleries to encourage social distancing. Learn more about these and other safety updates at ncartmuseum.org/covid19. Entry to special exhibition Golden Mummies of Egypt requires a paid ticket, which also provides access to the free Museum collection galleries. Free timed tickets to the Museum galleries do not provide access to Golden Mummies of Egypt.
Welcome to the Museum Store! Our mission is to provide a memorable experience through our diverse selection of fair-trade and local artisanal goods inspired by our people’s collection, our Museum campus, and the state of North Carolina. From honey made by bees in the Museum Park to original works of art, there are so many ways to take a part of the Museum home for yourself or a loved one! Your free timed ticket to the Museum also allows you entry to the Store. For visitor safety the Store features social distancing markers and plexiglass shields at checkout. No cash is accepted at this time. If you have questions about the Store, please email help@ncartmuseum.org, and someone from our Membership and Visitor Experience team will be happy to assist.
Browse our fine selection of innovative design objects, art books and exhibition catalogues, beautiful artist-crafted jewelry, and more. Introduce children to the world of art through educational toys, books, art kits, and games. There are items for every budget and all occasions. Please fill out the Community Artisan Collaboration Form if you are interested in partnering with the Museum Store.
